How to Apply for TNPSC Group 4 (2026)
OTR and Online Application process based on TNPSC's official notification (No.07/2025). The notification for the 2026 exam will be released on October 6, 2026 — the process will be the same, only the exact dates will be updated.
Application Steps
One Time Registration (OTR)
Register for OTR on the tnpsc.gov.in website — Rs.150 fee. This is a one-time process valid for your lifetime (5 years validity). Keep a scanned photo and signature ready beforehand.
Link Aadhaar
Linking your Aadhaar number with OTR is mandatory. Aadhaar details are verified against CIDR.
Submit the Online Application
Log in using the User ID / Password you received during OTR, and complete the separate Online Application for this exam. Details from your OTR are auto-filled — correct any errors via OTR Edit if needed.
Pay the exam fee
Pay the Rs.100 fee online via Net Banking / Credit Card / Debit Card / UPI. Demand Draft / Postal Order are not accepted.
Application Correction Window
A short correction window opens after the last date, where you can fix mistakes. No changes are allowed after that.
Fees
SC/ST/MBC/DC/BC/Destitute Widow/Ex-Servicemen/Persons with Benchmark Disability candidates get a limited number of fee-concession opportunities. The number of concessions already used in previous applications is tracked — a false claim results in a 1-year ban. See Annexure II for full details.
