Age Limit
⚠️ The age limit for the VAO post differs from other Group 4 posts (VAO minimum is 21, others 18). This is clearly stated in the tnpsc.gov.in notification.

Educational Qualification
A pass in SSLC (10th standard) is sufficient. This is stated as the "Minimum General Educational Qualification" in the tnpsc.gov.in notification. Candidates who passed 10th standard through the Board of Open School, Tamil Nadu are also eligible.

- Must be a resident of Tamil Nadu
- Must meet the physical fitness conditions specified in the notification
